How we collect information
We may collect your personal data (a) when you register, sign-up, or create an account, or activate an account created by authorized representatives of the local government of the Municipality of Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, through our website or mobile application; (b) when you use or contact us about our products and services, such as bills payment, fund transfer, sale of prepaid load and gaming credits, and other online payments, or otherwise transact with us; or (c) when you file complaints, inquiries, or requests in relation to our products and services. We may also obtain your information from other sources you authorized, public or private, for purposes of identity verification.
Kinds of data or information that we collect
The personal data that we may collect when you register to or use our products and services include but are not limited to your full legal name, birth date and place, contact information, civil status, nationality, source of funds, employment details, present address, valid identification or authentication, and such other information necessary to conduct identity verification.
We may also collect details (front and back images) of your primary and secondary government or other IDs, your selfie or profile photo, and other supporting documents submitted in the course of your transactions with us, such as:
- Financial information such as income, deposits, investments, and credit cards, nature of business
- Voice recordings of our conversations with you
- Information about your transactions with third parties, including merchants and utility companies
- Non-personal information provided by the electronic device you are using such as the IP address, operating system, browser type and version, and other machine-related identifiers.
Data processing
Your personal data or information may be stored, used, processed, shared, and disclosed by Narvacan Ako to its members, to the local government unit (LGU) of the Municipality of Narvacan, Ilocos Sur through the LGU’s portal, or to Narvacan Ako’s banking partner Unionbank EON, the provider of the electronic wallet service linked to Narvacan Ako, and/or to such other third parties as may be necessary to implement our policies, terms, and conditions, to address security or technical issues, and/or to support Narvacan Ako in delivering its products and services.
The storage, usage, processing, sharing, and/or disclosure of your personal data shall only be for legitimate purposes and with lawful bases such as your express consent, in accordance with the terms and conditions of our products or services, and/or as may be necessary and allowed by law, rules and/or regulations.
